The Museum Of Natural History Grigore Antipa, Bucharest reopens its gates to the public
After a break of 2 years, the Museum Of natural History "Grigore Antipa" reopens its gates to the public in a new presentation that was especially designed to highlight the 2 million exhibits of the museum. With the help of modern technology it was created an amazing world where all the exhibits are displayed in an ingenious way in order to facilitate the understanding of the information presented by the public. The dioramas give clear information about the environment and behaviour of the exhibits.

In the museum are installed 65 touch screens that offer additional information about the most important exhibits if it is required. The founders of the project have accommodated inside of the museum a special office dedicated to the memory of Grigore Antipa. All the exhibits displayed are genuine; they are not models representing the real creatures. A cafeteria will be open to the public soon in the premises of the museum. After modernization, the Museum of Natural History "Grigore Antipa" has become an important tourist attraction for both Romanians and foreigners, being listed in the top of first five natural history museums from Europe.

If you visit Bucharest do not miss the opportunity to visit it! It is impressive!
